Typographical Errors

Tonic Sol Fa, LC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Tonic Sol Fa, LC shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

REFUND POLICY:
CDs and DVDs must be returned unopened with the receipt within 30 days of the original purchase. All other items must be returned with the receipt within 30 days of the original purchase. All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within five (5) business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise.
Concert Tickets cannot be returned. All sales are final and all charges from those sales are nonrefundable.
